Planning Platform — In Development

The planning system remote construction has never had.

Software can’t swing a hammer. But the same planning failures repeat on every remote project — missed freight windows, town-price budgets, systems sized for the wrong climate — and those are exactly the failures a system can prevent.

What’s planned

Every capability below is labeled honestly: each one is Planned — designed from real project experience, not yet built.

Project setup & site characteristicsStart with the property: access, climate, ground, and constraints in one place.
Planned
Budget & cost estimationEstimates that include freight, seasonality, and mobilization from the start.
Planned
Seasonal scheduling & logisticsTimelines keyed to freeze-up, break-up, and the freight modes a site actually has.
Planned
Construction sequencingWork ordered so each stage lands inside its weather window.
Planned
Contractor & supplier discoveryFinding the local people and suppliers who serve a given area.
Planned
Logistics & material coordinationOrders batched and tracked against the trips that will carry them.
Planned
Project progress dashboardsOne view of where a remote project stands — without being there.
Planned
Infrastructure planningEnergy, water, waste, and access planned as one system, sized for the site.

What this is not

No platform capability is available for use today, and no launch date is promised. Development is underway — the first piece, a property assessment tool, exists in a review build. It is undergoing technical validation and is not ready to support property-purchase or engineering decisions. What gets built next will be decided by what owners actually ask for, below. The problems come first; the tools follow.

Register your interest

Two minutes. Your answers decide what gets built first — and registrants hear first when the first tools open.

Building sooner than the software?

The planning exists today — as a service. If your project can’t wait for tools that aren’t built yet, start there.
